OUR EXPERIENCE AT RICHARDSON FARM’S TULIP FESTIVAL
We plugged in the address and easily found the farm. Tickets can be purchased online or at the farm. Look for the signs to the Tulip Festival. It is PAST the gift shop (red building). . Look for the white tent and park on the grass/gravel.
BE AMAZED AT THE TULIPS
The tulips cover almost 5 acres so there is plenty of room to roam and social distance! Expect tons and tons of tulips – 300,000 tulips to be exact. They planted 10,000 bulbs each of 30 different varieties, so the maturity and colors will be varied. On our visit the tulips were just blooming and we saw plenty more ready to bloom. They are hoping to have the tulips last until Mother’s Day weekend and quite honestly I can’t think of a better present for Mothers!
