Friday: Fish fry including Fried, Broiled, or Steamed Cod with Dill Sauce, Pan Fried or Deep Fried Perch, and Jumbo Shrimp.
Saturday: Prime Rib, Grilled Rack of Lamb, Crab Cakes, Rainbow Trout, Canadian Whitefish, BBQ Ribs and Shrimp.
Sunday: Beef Roladen, Gypsy Roast, Pork Hocks, Jagerschnitzel, and Lamb Chops.
All dinners include relish tray, choice of soup or salad, and warm dinner rolls.
Desserts: Apple Strudel, Tiramisu, Black Forest Cake, Cheesecake, Vanilla Ice Cream or Sherbet.
