Holzlager Brewing Company (HBC) was founded by Travis Slepcevich, Mario Cortez, and Charles Moran in the autumn of 2017. Beginning as friends an coworkers, the trio bonded over their passion for craftsmanship, dedication to quality, and most of all... BEER! We set out to brew high quality craft beer, using our own unique blend of traditional brewing techniques and state-of-the-art methods and controls - which we call The Brewright Method.
