Woodstock Folk Festival, Inc. (WFF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Woodstock, Illinois, about 60 miles northwest of Chicago.

Its purpose is to bring quality acoustic music – both local and national – to McHenry County. To this end WFF sponsors a day-long summer festival on the third Sunday of July each year as well as periodic concerts.
